Kittylands

Named after a field on our farm, our brand new hut Kittylands is even more spacious and luxurious, complete with a private path down to our beautiful lake. The hut has a slightly different layout to Links and Littledown with two lots of double critall doors providing a spectacular view from both the living area and bedroom. Shower and bathe in the gorgeous tiled outdoor bathroom, cook delicious meals on the Kadai firepit and enjoy the luxury interiors.
Amenities
Bedroom
King sized bed with a beautiful upholstered headboard and Egyptian cotton sheets. Double critall door showing off the spectular view and opening onto the outdoor area. Blackout blind and curtains for a restful nights sleep. Bedside table drawers and under-bed storage, as well as hooks to hang your clothes. (Please note that this is the only storage in the bedroom and so best to pack lightly)
Bathroom
A luxurious rainforest shower with brass fittings, scalloped storage shelves, fully-functioning loo, towels, bath robes, spa slippers and toiletries from Bramley.
Living Space
Double crittal doors showing off the amazing view. Comfortable built-in seating with storage underneath. Kitchen including an oven, fridge-freezer and all the utensils you might need. A miniature bar area stocking locally made alcoholic spirits, a wood burner to cosy up in front of in the winter and a complimentary welcome hamper for you to enjoy.
Outdoors
Stunning tiled outdoor bathroom with a roll top, double ended bath and a separate shower. Kadai firepit along with a tripod so you can both grill your supper and cook winter warmers such as chilli con carne on the fire pit. Comfortable seating and tables for al-fresco dining. Astro tennis court which guests are welcome to use and of course you can always take a dip in our spring-fed lake!

The hut can accommodate two adults and babes in arms.
Dogs
With regret unfortunately we cannot allow dogs.
Car Charging Point
Access to an electric car charging point is available to all guests.
Please note Kittylands and Zoulands are 50 metres apart from each other and 150 metres from the carpark although there will be a bag drop area near the huts.

Special Fire Pit Supper
We are thrilled to be able to offer guests a chance to order a special fire pit pre-prepared meal.
Hampers
We are delighted to be able to offer guests a chance to order a selection of breakfast hampers and a special celebration hamper. We can also have veg and meat boxes delivered to your hut.
Yoga by the lake
We’re so excited to offer guests a chance to have one on one yoga by the lake with the amazing Aimee from Glow Yoga.
Reflexology in the comfort of your own hut
We’re thrilled to be able to offer guests a chance to have some reflexology with the absolutely incredible Annabelle Turner. We couldn’t recommend her more!
