All cushions, glasses and tableware are usually delivered within 5 working days. Tracking details will be provided. Please note if you are ordering multiple items the delivery charge might increase.

Headboards - Shipping for headboards will cost £40 due to the weight and size of them.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. We will only refund the returned item and unfortunately not the cost of delivery. I’m afraid we do not currently have a free returns service and so returns are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be returned unused and in perfect condition. We have every right to decline the refund if the item is not in perfect condition.

Please note that made-to-order items such as headboards are non-returnable and non-refundable, although you may cancel your order up to 48 hours after your purchase and receive a full refund.

Damaged goods

We take every care to make sure that items are delivered to you in perfect condition but if any of our products arrive damaged you must take a picture the same day and send it to us at enquiries@allerdorset.com.
